The Garden Room is set in the most peaceful tranquil part of the site. With double-doors leading out onto enclosed mature gardens this house is perfect for those wanting to relax and take time out.
For those wishing to enjoy activities whilst on holiday the kitchen is the hub of this house, It is literally HUGE! Its size makes it perfect for those wanting to enjoy cooking and eating together. It is also an ideal place for group activities such as chocolate workshops, dance classes, craft or cocktail making.
Ten minutes drive from the outskirts of York. Buses from York city centre every twenty minutes, however please allow up to a 30 minute journey as traffic in York centre is very busy. (Buses stop directly outside the house)
You are able to add a Hot Tub to your hire package for an additional fee of £250

The price to book this cottage is £1195.00 for a weekend stay (Friday to Sunday) At full occupancy this equates to £50 per person per night.(£1495 High Season)
We require a 25% non refundable deposit upon booking and the full balance 8 weeks before your arrival.
A refundable damage deposit of £200 is required, this will be refunded after you leave and the property has been checked.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, we must be notified in writing by the lead guest whose name the booking is under. On receipt of your written cancellation the following charges will apply;If the booking is cancelled less than 60 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. If the booking is cancelled 60 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made . For all cancellations at any time after booking the deposit is non-refundable.
