Yes you can, buses pass the houses every 20 minuets. Services include: X46 & 45 &46. The X46 is the quickest bus & takes approx 25 mins. When travelling from York ask the driver for “Steer Inn, Wilberfoss” (For the Barn ask for Sand Lane, Wilberfoss)the stop is a few mins after the Kexby stop. When travelling towards York the stop is around ten mins after the Pocklington stop. Timetables: Pocklington / Wilberfoss to York – Route X46 See also EYMS Route 45
Yes, ASDA Monks Cross, Sainsbury’s Monks Cross, Tesco York all deliver to the houses.
Yes, you can decorate certain walls using string & blu-tac. Please try to use the hooks provided & remove before leaving. (Please do not use confetti / glitter, sticky dots or sellotape) We also provide an in house decoration service for £60 Fee
An accommodation manager will greet you at 4pm on the day of arrival. A key can be left in a secure box if you plan to arrive late or would like a late arrival. An early 2pm arrival can be booked. This is £50
Normally this is 11am on Sunday (9am Monday) however you can pay £50 if you would like a late check-out (1pm)

Your stay includes linen, hand towels, hand soaps, washing up liquid, tea towels, dish cloths and a small supply of Tea & Coffee. Most of the things you will need for a weekend break. Click for more details
Once the house is checked it will be returned. This is normally within a week.
If you would like to hire a Hot Tub we are happy to provide this. These are £250 & available when you book. See Hot Tub Terms & Conditions
Notes:
1, Hot Tubs from other external companies are not permitted.
2, A member of the party must be present on site on Friday afternoon to run through operating procedures with our hot tub supplier.
3, Hot Tubs must only be used until 10.00pm.

Parking
We can guarantee 4 parking spaces outside each cottage. However if you need any further parking there are plenty of street parking spaces and adjacent green space nearby.
Local Bus Service
There is a bus stop directly outside the holiday home. For details of the bus operator see www.eyms.co.uk Buses into York (Also Hull & Beverly) are approximately every 20 minutes Monday to Saturday. Most are either on the hour or at half past the hour. Service X46 & X47. Service 45 & 46 The quickest bus takes around 25 minutes to get into the centre of York. The local bus service charge around £4.20 per person for a one way trip and £6.20 for a return trip into York city centre.
