• Hand Towels – one per bathroom

• Washing Up Liquid (Dishwasher tablets not supplied as standard– Although we often have a box in the cupboard, you may also wish to bring anti bac or other cleaning products)
• Cloths for dishwashing
• Tea Towels (3)
• Bin Bags (4)
• Foil
• Loo Rolls – 2 per bathroom (guests must supply own thereafter)
• Hand soap in each bathroom

• Hairdryer / Hairdryers (one or two in each house)

• WIFI available in some houses

• Single Standard Fan Oven (+Hot Cupboard in some)
• Fenced Private Garden (Except Horseshoe & Milestone which have communal garden)
• Parking Spaces 4-5 each house – You will be sent 4 x Parking Tickets two weeks before your stay. There is additional parking on the Green opposite the cottages thereafter.

• Check in from 4pm on Friday
• Checkout is 11am on Sunday or 10am on Monday (Late checkout- £50 for 2 hours)
• Pub, Restaurants etc – See Suggestions  on Info Section
• Nearest Train Station – York, Buses X47 & the also 45 and 46 depart from York Train Station & stop outside The Coach House Cottages
  The stop is listed as Carr Lane / Steer Inn on the Time Table. The Bus also stops directly outside our Barn Conversion – The Stop is ”Sand Lane”
• £200 Damage Deposit – We reserve the right to charge £200 for any damage caused. This will be taken as a “pre-authorisation” via the card you have chosen to provide. You are forbidden to use the house as a charging point for an electric car. You will risk fusing the whole complex and will be fined £200 if found to be charging vehicles.
• Supermarket Delivery – Asda Monks Cross & Sainsbury Monks Cross will be happy to deliver to this area. Morrisons (Foss Islands) and Ocado also deliver
  to our cottages – See online
• Taxi Companies – We have set rates with local companies, a taxi is £23 into York and an  8 seater is £40. The details are in each house when you arrive – However pre-booking is advisable. See FAQ page for more details
• Please note: We do not supply BATH TOWELS  This is due to our environmental policy.
