The West Wing is a large luxury home. With is beautiful staircase and reclaimed brick and oak features, the interior is truly stunning. This is one of our largest properties.
This home is perfect for group activities, Birthday celebrations, Hen Parties and Baby Shower’s. It is spacious and desirable and a stunning backdrop for your party photographs. The large lounge seats 17 but can seat more if needed.
This exclusive house is only available for weekend hire during seasonal periods only

Payment Information:
The price to book this cottage is £1495.00 for a discounted weekend stay (Friday to Sunday) At full occupancy this equates to £43.97 per person per night (based on two nights).
£1895 High Season (March to October)
We require a 25% non-refundable deposit upon booking and the full 75% balance 8 weeks before your arrival.
A refundable damage deposit of £200 is required, this will be charged prior to your stay and this will be refunded after you leave and the property has been checked.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, we must be notified in writing by the lead guest whose name the booking is under. On receipt of your written cancellation the following charges will apply;If the booking is cancelled less than 60 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. If the booking is cancelled 60 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made . For all cancellations at any time after booking the deposit is non-refundable.
