Set in a gated development, The Old Coach House is located seven miles East of York near the Pretty Village of Wilberfoss.
This property will suit anyone who would like a mix of a countryside setting with close access to city amenities. York is a short drive away, however our local villages boast Stunning Woodland Walks, a Watersport Park, Fantastic Farms Shops & Cafe Bars. We are also situated within walking distance of a Thai restaurant.
Ten Minutes drive from the outskirts of York
Direct bus route to the City of York & York Railway Station (Buses every 20 minutes) However please allow up to a 30 minute journey as traffic in York centre is very busy. (Buses stop directly outside the house)

The price to book this cottage is £1895.00 for a weekend stay (Friday to Sunday) At full occupancy this equates to £43 per person per night.(£2250 High Season)
We require a 25% non refundable deposit upon booking and the full balance 8 weeks before your arrival.
A refundable damage deposit of £200 is required, this will be refunded after you leave and the property has been checked.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, we must be notified in writing by the lead guest whose name the booking is under. On receipt of your written cancellation the following charges will apply;If the booking is cancelled less than 60 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. If the booking is cancelled 60 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made . For all cancellations at any time after booking the deposit is non-refundable.
