The house has a HUGE lounge and seating area with cosy wood burner. An interlinking reception room with full glass roof which means you can watch the sun set and the stars twinkle at night. In between are biifold doors which open up into the kitchen with large dining table perfect for cooking up a good meal for chatting with friends. Perfect for afternoon teas, pottery classes, sewing workshops yoga.

Direct bus route to York & Railway Station (Buses every twenty minutes) Available for weekend hire on a seasonal basis.
Perfect for groups of Friends, Mum’s, Aunties etc – We welcome hen parties provided they are peacefull family hen parties.
We do not accept Stag parties or Noisy Groups.
