The price to book this cottage is £1450.00 for a weekend stay (Friday to Sunday) At full occupancy this equates to £45 per person per night.(£1850 High Season)
We require a 25% non refundable deposit upon booking and the full balance 8 weeks before your arrival.
A refundable damage deposit of £200 is required, this will be refunded after you leave and the property has been checked.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, we must be notified in writing by the lead guest whose name the booking is under. On receipt of your written cancellation the following charges will apply;If the booking is cancelled less than 60 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. If the booking is cancelled 60 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made . For all cancellations at any time after booking the deposit is non-refundable.
