Payment Information
We require a 25% non-refundable deposit upon booking and the full 75% balance 60 days before your stay (Approx 8 weeks before your arrival)
A refundable damage deposit of £200 is required, this will be refunded after you leave and the property has been checked.
Our prices are all Standard Rate except for the following:
High Season rates range between around 1st March 1st October and also include Bank Holidays and Children’s School Holidays
Booking Procedure
Booking with us couldn’t be easier. You can either book through our website very simply by checking the availability and clicking on the BOOK NOW buttons throughout the site, or if you would like help with your booking, or would like us to help organise your celebration weekend you can send in an enquiry form and we will get back to you with availability, pricing, activity lists and any extras you would require. You can find out everything you need to know about our cottages and services on our website but please don’t hesitate to contact us if you do want to plan something that you can’t find on our site.
Arrivals & Departures
Check in time and policy:
Check in: 4pm (Friday / Monday Only)
Check out 11am Sunday or 10am Monday
You are welcome to book a later checkout / earlier check-in at £25 per hour. Please contact us prior to your stay book this with us.
Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel your booking, we must be notified in writing by the lead guest whose name the booking is under. On receipt of your written cancellation the following charges will apply;
If the booking is cancelled less than 60 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 60 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made.
For all cancellations at any time after booking the deposit is non-refundable.
