Due to the current Covid – 19 situation which is emerging we feel that it is important to protect all of our customers, staff and wider society.
For all those people who do not have / are unable to claim on holiday insurance we are offering guests the opportunity to POSTPONE / MOVE THE BOOKING. This would allow your guests to attend at a later date once everyone is “back to normal”
We really value your custom and are doing our best to ensure that guests can re-book dates that suit their group. We are asking guests to check the “Availability & Book” section of our website and email us once the group has agreed on a date, We are giving you up to 2 years to pick a date for the movement of your holiday.
Please send us an email requesting movement of the booking to the date of your choice. Please state the date, name and booking reference of your current booking and state the date you wish to move to. Please send to our GMAIL account or use the contact form
Currently we are giving priority to our April / May bookings at the moment and will move towards our June bookings on a week by week basis.
UPDATE: JUNE BOOKINGS – In light the announcement on Sunday, which suggests that your can only travel for exercise (not to a holiday home) we are suggesting that you consider looking to POSTPONE / MOVE YOUR BOOKING. This would allow your guests to attend at a later date once everyone is back to normal
